Our TPU Hypalon composite synthetic leather is a premium functional material built for outdoor and tactical applications. Made with Hypalon rubber base plus TPU coating, this matte black fabric delivers outstanding waterproof, stain-proof and abrasion-resistant performance. With a fixed width of 1.37 meters, three thickness grades including 0.65mm,0.8mm and 1.0mm are available to meet different production requirements.

This hypalon tpu material features low-gloss matte texture without cheap reflection. It resists tearing, scratch and UV aging. It will not turn hard or crack under long-term exposure to sun, rain and harsh outdoor conditions. Liquid, coffee and oil stains can be wiped off quickly.

Widely used for tactical gloves, outdoor waterproof bags, riding protective guards, tactical vests, equipment sleeves and handcraft pouches. Our material passes REACH, RoHS, EN71, 6P&7P, DMF tests. We support custom colors and patterns. Free samples are offered with MOQ 300 meters. Factory located in Guangdong, delivery lead time 15-20 days after deposit.

Product Packaging

The materials are usually packed as rolls! There are 40-60 yards one roll, the quantity depends on the thickness and weights of the materials. The standard is easy to move by manpower.

We'll use clear plastic bag for the inside
packing. For the outside packing, we'll use the abrasion resistance plastic woven bag for the outside packing.

Shipping Mark will be made according to the customer request, and cemented on the two ends of the material rolls in order to see it clearly.
